Short answer: the Logan is a 1-person indoor traditional sauna, 53” x 36”, with a Harvia 4.5kW heater included, for $3,885 at Select Saunas. It fits a closet or bathroom corner but still needs a 240V/30A hardwired circuit. The room has a limited lifetime warranty.
Will it fit?
Outside, it is 53” wide, 36” deep, and 78” tall: about 13 sq ft, our arithmetic. Inside, 49” x 31” x 77”. The bench is 31” long and 16” wide, so you sit, not lie down.
At 78” tall, check your ceiling and any lights or vents above the spot.
The electrical side
Here’s what the spec sheet won’t tell you. A small cabin still has a full traditional heater. The 4.5kW Harvia draws about 19A at 240V, our arithmetic, and the listing calls for a 30A hardwired circuit. Lighting is a separate 110V/15A plug.
If 240V isn’t available, an infrared cabin on a standard outlet is the alternative. Compact Saunas for Small Spaces compares the options.
Floor and assembly
It sits on your existing floor: concrete, ceramic, vinyl, laminate, or tile, and the listing advises against carpet. Wall and roof sections come pre-assembled. Two people with a cordless drill usually take 6 hours or less.
It weighs 500 lbs assembled.
Warranty
Limited lifetime on the room; 5-year limited on the heater and components, with 1 year on the elements.
You get, you give up
You get traditional heat in about 13 sq ft, with the heater in the price. You give up room for a second person and plug-in simplicity.
Bottom line: the traditional sauna for a small indoor space, if your panel can take a 240V circuit. The Almost Heaven Sutton at $4,667 is the step up to two people.
