Short answer: the LS100DX Bermuda is a 4-person, 20-jet spa that runs on a standard 110V outlet and publishes both its dry and filled weight. At $2,899 it is a straightforward plug-in spa. Its two catches are slow heating and a heavy load on a small footprint.
Will your deck hold it?
Dry weight is 270 lbs and filled weight is 2,698 lbs. The shell is 71” x 62”, about 30.6 sq ft. That works out to roughly 88 lbs per sq ft, the highest figure among the plug-in spas we list. “Plug-and-play” describes the wiring, not the foundation. Use a concrete slab, or have an elevated deck checked and reinforced.
What does 110V mean for heating?
There is no 240V mode in our data, so the heating speed you get on day one is the speed you keep. A 110V spa warms slowly and recovers slowly after the cover has been off. The listing doesn’t state the heater wattage or the water capacity, so I can’t estimate hours.
Two habits help: keep the thermal locking cover on between soaks, and leave the spa at temperature instead of reheating from cold. Plug it into a GFCI-protected outlet within reach of the cord.
You get, you give up
You get 20 jets, a 1.0 HP pump, a built-in ozonator, full-foam insulation, a locking cover, and LED lighting. You give up the option to upgrade to 240V later, which the Aqualife Current and AquaRest Discover Premium 300 both offer.
What the listing leaves out
- Water capacity in gallons
- Heater wattage
- Warranty terms, which vary by retailer

How it compares
The AquaRest Discover Standard 400 costs $100 less with the same jet count and a 1.5 HPR pump. Bottom line: choose between them on warranty terms once you have both in writing. Plug-and-Play vs. Hardwired Hot Tub explains the wiring trade-off.
